Warehouse floor overlays are a fast-track method to achieve an improved floor with the use of an industrial latex or resin finish.
Quite often an old or existing floor requires considerable work to bring it up to industry standards and make it fit for purpose. Overlays will achieve new tolerances to give a smoother, flatter and cleaner finish. Floor Surveys Ltd can offer a full range of options – from a Free Movement (FM) area, to a Defined Movement (DM) high tolerance floor.
This is a highly durable and hardwearing finish for all types of warehouse operations. We work with a number of accredited suppliers.
Resin roller coats, heavy duty industrial resin finishes or ‘FloorPainting’ is a high impact resin paint suitable for all types of new and existing warehouse floors. It provides durability and protection, while offering a neat and aesthetic finish which improves appearance, with a selection of waterproof colours to finish.
Epoxy anti-slip resin is an overlay finish with the same benefits of overlay resin and floor paint, but with the added choice of a hardwearing anti-slip topcoat for the finished floor.
This option performs well for counterbalance fork trucks for the transition from outside to inside areas, contributing to the safe operating of MHE.
Line marking is an important finish to any industrial flooring space, with various purposes such as defining pallet zones, storage zones, walkways or restricted zones. For this service, floor preparation is undertaken and the final finish applied in a range of colour options.
An in-house line marking machine enables accurate and fast application to the area. Line paint is suitable for internal and external use and can be applied to a range of floor finishes.
