Floor Surveys Ltd can assist in repairing and improving existing warehouse floors via remedial and rectification work, which largely falls into the following two categories:
Rectification of levels during the installation of a new floor is the best solution to achieve the correct tolerance. This is an effective method when rectifying concrete for DM (Defined Movement) areas within VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) warehouses. This is carried out during the construction stage of the new concrete floor.
Many warehouse owners and operators are looking for solutions to significantly improve a concrete floor and achieve the required standards. Grinding is a cost-effective method for rectifying a small area of concrete slab.
Floor Surveys has its own in-house grinding equipment and can undertake repairs in localised areas, spot grinding targeted areas of the floor. This operation can be set up with minimal disruption to the remaining areas of the warehouse and conducted as a dust free clean procedure.
